That's right, TBA is no longer TBA! My December was announced as Kelly's new album title a few days ago and since schoolwork's not bogging me down right now I have time to up date again!This information comes directly from Kelly herself in a journal entry on her official fanclub site. I'm not legally allowed to post that entry, but take a look at the pictures from the photoshoot of the album cover! I think once it's all done, it'll be a hot picture.
